Service Area Policy: All work is performed outside the structure only. Fenced portions of property may be entered, but no homes, apartments, garages, sheds, or enclosed structures are accessed for any reason.

Terms & Conditions — Pet Waste Cleanup Services

1. Exterior-Only Service

All services are performed outside the structure only. “Structure” is defined as any space with four walls and a roof, including but not limited to homes, apartments, garages, sheds, and enclosed buildings. Service providers will enter fenced yards only. No in-home access is permitted under any circumstances.

2. Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all gates, fences, and access points required for service are unlocked and unobstructed at the scheduled time. If a gate is locked or access is otherwise blocked, the affected area will not be serviced.

One (1) reschedule is permitted at no additional charge. If the second scheduled visit cannot be completed due to locked gates, blocked access, or the presence of aggressive animals, the prepaid service fee will be applied as a credit to the customer’s account for future service. A third visit attempt will incur a $5 service fee, payable prior to rescheduling. No refunds are issued for inability to access the service area.

3. Animals on Property

Service will not be performed in areas where aggressive animals are present. Determination of animal behavior is at the sole discretion of the service provider. If an animal is deemed aggressive at the time of service, the affected area will not be serviced. All access-failure policies listed in Section 2 apply to animal-related access issues.

4. Scheduling & Service Window

Services will be performed on the scheduled date. Work will begin within the assigned service window and will conclude upon completion of the job. Duration may vary based on yard size, waste volume, and conditions.

5. Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather or unsafe road conditions, service will be postponed and rescheduled at no additional charge. Rescheduling will occur at the customer’s convenience once conditions are safe.

6. Credits & Expiration

Any service credits issued to a customer’s account must be used within one calendar year from the date of issuance. Unused credits expire automatically.

7. Liability & Damages

The service provider is not responsible for damage to property resulting from pre-existing conditions; damage caused by unstable fencing, loose materials, or hazardous yard conditions; escaped animals due to faulty gates, latches, or enclosures; or injuries to animals or persons resulting from conditions outside the provider’s control. Customers are responsible for maintaining safe, secure, and accessible service areas.

8. One-Time Service Agreement

Each scheduled service constitutes a one-time service agreement between the customer and the provider. By booking service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
