Please
review our service policies to help ensure seamless visits for you
and your pets.
1. Exterior-Only Service
All services are performed outside
the structure only. "Structure" is defined as any space with
four walls and a roof, including but not limited to homes,
apartments, garages, sheds, and enclosed buildings. Service
providers will enter fenced yards only. No in-home access is
permitted under any circumstances.
2. Booking & Routing
The Square Bookings is to book
either an emergency service or for a free consultation. All
service visits will be performed on the day that your area is
routed. Should the client hire my services and time allows,
first service will be performed at the time of consultation, if
the schedule permits. The schedule just shows my personal
available time to meet new clients.
3. Initial Setup & Service Credit
A $45 Initial Setup Fee is collected upon enrollment to secure your route spot and cover your initial yard sanitization and gate setup. For all active subscribers whose yards meet initial maintenance requirements (recently cleaned, grass under 6"), 100% of this $45 fee is automatically credited toward your second recurring billing statement. Fees are non-refundable in cash upon early cancellation prior to the second billing cycle.
4. Pre-paid Services
All services are pre-paid.
5. Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for
ensuring that all gates, fences, and access points required for
service are unlocked and unobstructed at the scheduled time. If
a gate is locked or access is otherwise blocked, the affected
area will not be serviced.
One (1) reschedule is permitted at
no additional charge. If the second scheduled visit cannot be
completed due to locked gates, blocked access, or the presence
of aggressive or protective animals, the prepaid service fee
will be applied as a credit to the customer's account for
future service. A third visit attempt will incur a $5 service
fee, payable prior to rescheduling. No refunds are issued for
inability to access the service area.
6. Animals on Property
Service will not be performed in
areas where aggressive or protective animals are present.
Determination of animal behavior is at the sole discretion of
the service provider. If an animal is deemed aggressive or
protective at the time of service, the affected area will not
be serviced. All access-failure policies listed in Section 5
apply to animal-related access issues.
7. Scheduling & Service Window
Services are performed on the date
assigned to your neighborhood's service route. Work begins
within your service window and continues until the job is fully
completed. Duration may vary based on yard size, waste volume,
and conditions.
8. Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather
or unsafe road conditions, service will be postponed and
rescheduled at no additional charge. Rescheduling will occur at
the customer's convenience to ensure their property is safe for
work to be completed.
9. Credits & Expiration
Any service credits issued to a
customer's account must be used within one calendar year from
the date of issuance. Unused credits automatically expire.
10. Liability & Damages
The service provider is not
responsible for damage to property resulting from pre-existing
conditions; damage caused by unstable fencing, loose materials,
or hazardous yard conditions; escaped animals due to faulty
gates, latches, or enclosures; or injuries to animals or
persons resulting from conditions outside the provider's
control. Customers are responsible for maintaining safe,
secure, and accessible service areas.
11. Subscription Cancellations
All recurring services are billed
automatically via Stripe. If you need to cancel your recurring
service, you must manage your subscription directly through the
Stripe Customer Portal link provided in your email receipts. We
cannot cancel auto-billing manually on our end.
12. Refunds & Prorations
If you cancel your recurring subscription before your billing cycle ends, you will be charged the standard One-Time service rate for the visits already performed during that cycle. Any remaining prepaid funds for unperformed visits will be refunded to your original Stripe payment method.
13. Charter Client Status
A. Lifetime
Inclusives: By subscribing as a Bobbycat Charter
Client, you are granted exclusive account benefits. For the
continuous life of your uninterrupted subscription, your
service shall be permanently inclusive of our proprietary
deodorizing treatment and shall have no surcharges,
restrictions, or limitations based on the number of dogs at
your residence.
B. Pricing Adjustments
& Economic Scaling: To ensure the ongoing
quality and sustainability of our operations, the base
subscription rate is not permanently locked. The base rate of
your subscription is subject to standard economic pricing
adjustments reflecting the inflating costs of providing the
service (e.g., fuel, labor, materials). Should Bobbycat enact a
general price increase across its standard services, your
Charter Client base rate will scale proportionally, but you
will never be charged the separate line-item fees for the
aforementioned lifetime inclusives.
C. Continuity of
Status: Your Charter Client status and its
associated lifetime inclusives are contingent upon maintaining
an active, uninterrupted subscription (which allows for
standard, authorized service pauses). Voluntary cancellation,
prolonged unauthorized suspension, or failure to remit payment
resulting in a lapse of service will result in the forfeiture
of the Charter Client status and its associated benefits.
14. One-Time Service Agreement
Each scheduled service, or
scheduling a recurring service for the specified number of
visits, constitutes a one-time service agreement between the
customer and the provider. By booking services, the customer
acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Dispute
Resolution: You and Bobbycat HQ agree that any
dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to
the services performed (including but not limited to claims of
property damage, escaped animals, or faulty workmanship) will
be settled by binding, individual arbitration rather than in a
court of law.
Small Claims Court
Exception: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either
party may bring an individual action in a North Carolina Small
Claims Court, provided that the total amount in dispute seeks
less than $10,000 and falls within the jurisdiction of that
court. Any claim seeking damages exceeding $10,000 must be
submitted to binding arbitration.
Waiver of Jury Trial &
Class Actions: By agreeing to these terms, you
explicitly waive your right to a trial by jury or to
participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported
class action lawsuit against Bobbycat HQ. All arbitration
proceedings shall take place locally in Mecklenburg County,
North Carolina.
